Sessions and fees
Sessions are available in person, online via secure video link, or by phone.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £60.
Online and phone sessions are available anywhere within the UK.
Monday to Thursday.
Fridays and Saturdays by prior arrangement.
Closed Sundays.
Payment is required before each session via bank transfer (BACs).
I do not accept cheques.
Reduced-rates for students and those on lower incomes where space permits.
Commitment and Cancellations
I kindly ask that new clients commit to at least 4–6 sessions to allow time to build rapport, develop trust, and engage in the therapeutic process. You are free to end sessions at any time, though ideally I ask for at least two weeks’ notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £25 fee. Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full session rate.

You can also call or email me directly to arrange an initial free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss how I could help you, and how we would work together.
The consultation will cover our working agreement: sessions, confidentiality, aims of counselling, and some details about you.
Once agreed, sessions are typically once a week, on the same day, at the same time, and location. I look forward to hearing from you.
